Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other marketing teams for integrated campaigns, including product launches and promotions.
- Engage with our online community, responding to customer queries and comments in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to keep our strategy fresh and effective.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and campaigns to enhance visibility and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively.
- Creative mindset with a knack for developing engaging content.
